Alex and I had a home inspection completed by Mr. Heinz yesterday. He is very honest and cordial. During the last hour of the inspection, Heinz thoroughly gave us a... read more verbal report on his recommendations and went through each category of his inspection with his findings. He turned on every machine possible and inspected and tested everything from exterior outlets,fireplace, washer, dryer and attic insulation. To my surprise, his written report was emailed to us that very night (midnight) and our inspection was in the afternoon and went into the late evening (night fall). I loved that he notice even tiny details such as the locks on the fence that we would want to get the keys for from the seller. His rate was beyond fair. I paid more for my smaller square footage home last time than my current nearly 5000 sqft inspection this time. It was our pleasure doing business with you. We highly recommend him to others and loved that we look our realtor’s recommendation to hire Heinz this time.
